PulseMarkets may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
You have a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for lawful use. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, sell, sublicense, use for commercial purposes, or misrepresent ownership. Violations may result in suspension or legal action.
PulseMarkets may remove content or suspend users violating these requirements.
Community participation (e.g., Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord) is voluntary. You are responsible for your posts. PulseMarkets may moderate or remove harmful content or users without refund. Respectful and constructive dialogue is encouraged.
Arexa provides algorithmic and AI-assisted analytics. It does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or profitability. Insights are probabilistic. You are responsible for interpreting and using the information. PulseMarkets is not liable for losses from Arexa usage.
Access may be suspended or terminated without notice for violations, fraud, unpaid fees, risk concerns, or service discontinuation. Termination does not release accrued obligations.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” PulseMarkets disclaims all warranties including fitness for purpose, accuracy, reliability, uptime, and non-infringement. Use is at your sole risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold PulseMarkets and affiliates harmless from claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use, violations of Terms, applicable laws, or account actions. This survives termination.
Services may integrate or link to third-party platforms. PulseMarkets is not responsible for their content, practices, privacy, accuracy, or security. Use at your own risk.
PulseMarkets may modify features, pricing, or Terms, or discontinue Services. Notice of material changes will be provided. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of PulseMarkets’ jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or courts of that jurisdiction. Class action rights are waived where allowed.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional agreements represent the entire agreement regarding the Services.
